The CHS Healthcare Foundation has joined with two online organizations, Network for Good and I Give.com, to allow for easy processing of donations online. Just click on the link below that you would like to use and you will be taken to our donation page with either entity. You can also mail a donation directly to us. Please make checks or payments payable to the CHS Healthcare Foundation.
