No matter the size of your gift to CHS – you can be sure that your gift will make a difference.
Every gift matters.
Community support at all levels is important for CHS to provide primary medical and dental care to the underserved in our community. If unrestricted, your gift will be used where the need is greatest as determined by the CHS Board and Management.
Your gift may also be designated for a specific program such as the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile or Early Health Program.
Many employers offer opportunities to match the charitable gifts of their employees and retirees, and these matching gifts can greatly enhance the support you offer CHS.
Gifts can be made in memory or honor of a friend or loved one. CHS will send the individual or family a notice that you have made a gift in their name, but we will not disclose the amount of the gift. | |
